Some of the best cocktails you will find in Europe are at one of the most exclusive bars, 1930.

Based in Milano, their current menu focuses on Africa, using unorthodox ingredients from the likes of niche grape varieties from Algeria to infusions made with Africa’s famed baobab tree.

On Wednesday, they’re taking over Nouvelle to serve you their signature drinks and vibes.

We are happy to host them.

We proudly host the legendary BABA AU RUM from Athens, one of the world’s 50 best bars, which has revolutionized the bar scene globally since its very beginnings in 2009.

They’re taking over our bar with a dedicated avant-garde cocktail list prepared and executed by:

Thanos Prunarus (the founder of Baba Au Rum) and

Nikos Gartzolakis (one of Baba’s head bartenders for the last 6 years)

As per usual, we are always here to bring you a great experience!

Barro Negro is a tequila and mezcal bar created by two passionate friends, bartenders and agave spirits lovers who have been traveling around Mexico and back to Athens for some years with one mission only: to learn the story and culture of their favorite spirits.

Their curiosity and passion for tequila and mezcal drove them to explore more about Mexico’s rich history and bring to their guests their own authentic experiences with a little twist in their beautiful Athens and around the world.

Barro Negro Athens, after lots of hard work and dedication, achieved amazing recognition and was nominated 74th in The World’s 50 Best Bars.

For the first time, we are bringing in Tirana the Barcelona bar experience through one of its most legendary bars. DR. STRAVINSKY

CESAR MONTILLA and DAVIDE NORCINI will take over Nouvelle to showcase the Dr’s magic for this one night only!

Dr. Stravinsky is an artisan of cocktails, with unique recipes and centuries-old preparation techniques that are being applied in their lab.

For every drink that is created, Dr. brews much of his own spirit in-house. He also pays extra attention to sustainability by reducing plastic usage and waste and cooperating with local artisan producers.

On April 27, 2023, we have the utmost pleasure to welcome FRENI E FRIZIONI, a “street cocktail bar” located in Trastevere, one of the trendiest areas of Rome.

A former mechanic shop with a large counter in its center transformed into a temple of aperitivo (traditionally consumed in the regions of northern Italy), Freni e Frizioni, has been

practicing the art of cocktails, bitters, and liqueurs since 2005 on that very same countertop.

Recently, the hard work of Ricardo Rossi and the team brought Freni e Frizioni to a higher level, being included in the World’s 50 Best Bars Extended List, the Top 500 Bars, and the 50 Best Discovery.

And on Thursday, Ricky and Sandro take over the countertop of your favorite bar.

We proudly welcome one of the most famous and admired speakeasies in the world, the Jerry Thomas Project from Rome!

Established in 2010 by a group of bartenders, the “Jerry Thomas Project” was the first secret bar to open in Italy, bringing to the audience a whole new concept that eventually was followed by a lot of success and recognition not only in Italy but worldwide, leading them to the “50 world’s best bars” list for 5 years in a row!

On Thursday, we will have the honor to host them for a guest shift behind our bar and be serving four of the “Jerry Thomas Project” signature cocktails prepared by:

multiawarded LINE Athens & THE CLUMSIES are taking over Nouvelle to introduce us to their method of anarchy.

LINE Athens (their newest venture) in just a few months of operating jumped into the Worlds 50 Best Bars list, along with their older venue, THE CLUMSIES!!!

The cocktail bar that makes your mind travel following the footsteps of Nik, a character who wonders around the world, discovering hidden flavors.

Mina Giaconi is taking over Nouvelle to present Nik’s magic and play with our taste receptors.

The Best Bar in the World for 2022, ranked No. 1 at the World’s 50 Best Bars and Top 500 Bars PARADISO is taking over Nouvelle for yet another fantastic experience.

Speakeasy-style cocktail bar with next-level drink presentation, Paradiso, is concealed behind a freezer door at the back of a pastrami shop in El Born.

Remarkable for their high-quality, creative cocktails and memorable presentations, Matteo Giarpaglini and Valentino Creatura will make this a guest shift to remember.

On January 2, 2023, we are hosting Misel Posavac and Dominik Becvardi, proud owners and bartenders of Peaches and Cream in Zagreb, Croatia.

Peaches & Cream is one of the finest bars in Croatia, best known for their unique cocktail design, amazing atmosphere, and excellent service.

We are looking forward to watching them take over our bar and perform their magic for us.

From the hearts and minds of Nouvelle Vague, we proudly launch the first-ever cocktail festival in Tirana. Five renowned world-class bars will be present in a unique cocktail experience hosted in the very magical Tunel Terrace.

Pop-up bar stations will bring together five unforgettable journeys through the selected mixologists and the different cultures they represent.

A show of taste and taste buds that aims to set a foothold on the capital’s cocktail culture, creating a path and tradition towards the future of the fine drinking scene and industry.

Angelos and Eugenios represent the UNGARNISHED Project. A project that was created during the lockdown and is focused mainly on flavor.

Ungarnished is all about creating drinks and developing flavors with a modern and minimalistic approach in a sustainable and ethical way, highlighting and showcasing seasonality and locality.

These drinks are created with the same ethos in the ungarnished workroom in East London and then presented in pop-up bars and takeovers in London and around the world.
