Nouvelle Vague wasn’t created from a business plan. We dreamt it into existence. It began not with a location or a loan, but with a memory from the future. Nouvelle Vague, French for New Wave, and a tribute to the cinematic movement that blurred lines, broke rules, and reinvented storytelling, stood exactly for what was to be created.

On December 22, 2012, with an unfinished interior, exposed brick, a barely-stocked bar, and nothing but raw heart, Nouvelle Vague Tirana opened its doors for the very first time.

This cocktail begins with blackberry raki from the Kukës region, a rustic, mountain-born eau de vie that captures the soul of the north.
